SHIPPING

NEW ZEALAND

We offer free shipping for orders over $130
$7 for orders under $130
$10.50 for all rural deliveries under $130
We are a small team and we do our very best to have orders fulfilled as quickly as possible, but please allow 2-5 business days for standard delivery and 5-7 business days for rural deliveries. Please expect longer processing times and deliveries during peak trading such as during the Christmas period.
We do not process or ship orders on public holidays. 
Please also note these are estimates only as we cannot guarantee exact delivery windows. DEAR JOE is not responsible for any courier delays, incorrect deliveries or damage or lost items in transit.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your Junk mail folder if not received or email us at hello@dearjoestore.com
 

AUSTRALIA 

We offer free shipping for orders over $200 NZD
For orders under $200 NZD, standard AU shipping 4-12 business days $15NZD
We use NZ Post international post service which allows us to give you the best shipping price. This post service includes tracking.
This does not include the time that may be required for customs clearance. DEAR JOE Limited has no control over any customs, biosecurity or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. You are solely liable for these charges.

 


REST OF WORLD

If you reside outside of New Zealand or Australia, we offer shipping to selected countries for flat rate of $50 NZD on all orders. 
We use NZ Post international post service which allows us to give you the best shipping price. This post service includes tracking.
Please allow 8 - 16 business days for delivery. This does not include the time that may be required for customs clearance. DEAR JOE Limited has no control over any customs, biosecurity or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. You are solely liable for these charges.

RETURNS

When making a purchase from us, please choose carefully as we do not accept returns/refunds unless your goods have been damaged in transit or are faulty. 

We do not offer returns/refunds for change of mind. 

Sale items are final and are not accepted for return or exchange, unless damaged or faulty.

 



FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS


If your order has arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible upon receiving your order, providing us with your order number, description and photo of the damage. Damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of your order being marked as delivered on the tracking. 
Items that have been deemed damaged or faulty will be replaced for you at no extra cost. Replacements will be for the exact item/s originally ordered, or, only in the case that these are now out of stock, with the nearest possible alternative.

Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, water damage or incorrect use/abuse, are not considered to be faulty or damaged.
 
  

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your purchase for something else please email us with your order number and the details of the item/s you would like to exchange so we can ensure we have the item in stock prior to you sending your order back. Exchanges are subject to item availability. We cannot guarantee item availability, but will make all reasonable attempts to secure the exchange item. 
All products exchanged MUST be returned to us unopened, unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any product exchanges if we deemed the product to not be in a resellable condition. 
Please note that additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for change-of-mind exchanges.
Sale items are final and are not accepted for return or exchange, unless damaged or faulty.
Promotions and discounts are not transferrable.
 

TERMS 

Refunds will be processed via original payment method only (unless store credit is requested) and all refunds are processed in the original currency of the order ($NZD). Any conversion loss will not be covered within the refund process. Store credit for returns/exchanges will be valid for 12 months from date of return, and cannot be used in conjunction with other store credit. The store credit is valid for a one time use only. Please note: DEAR JOE does not refund any initial shipping charges or additional charges, including customs, duties or sales taxes (these are not included in our prices). 
We will not process refunds for returns that are lost or damaged via return delivery to DEAR JOE.
